Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.

The picture above is of a tea plantation in Uganda, East Africa. The amount of “tea bags” seen in the picture is mind boggling. The church in Uganda has the same kind of potential and growth. Uganda has a year-round growing season. Being at an elevation of 4,000 above sea level with a constant temperature range of 55 at night to 85 in the day gives the growing season a unique environment for various fruit trees and vegetables. The Body of Christ in Uganda is also experiencing a “year-round” growing season. They have been in a revival for more than twenty years.
There are other places in the world that are experiencing the same kind of revival as Uganda. Salt Block Ministries recognizes the opportunity to partner with local pastors and church leaders in these places in the work that God has called His people to in their own countries.
